Balkan Alliance of Hotel Associations

BAHA’s goals and objectives are as follows:

• promotion and development of hotel and catering industry through introducing rules and standards in the operations;

• enactment of and respect for the “Code of Professional Conduct” and its harmonization with the European standards in this area (documents and directives of the European Union);

• establishment and implementation of cooperation with international organizations and associations in the field of hotel and catering industry;

• development of the Association’s cooperation with scientific and educational institutions, as well as entities in the branch;

• representing the interests of Association members before the competent bodies in their respective country and abroad;

• active participation in the enactment and improvement of legal regulations pertaining to the area;

• organizing professional seminars and workshops at national and international level;

• staff education and qualification;

• other common issues.
