The BAHA Board
of directors met on 07.02.2008 in Budva
during the International Tourism Fair 2008.
Following the agenda of the meeting,
discussions were made as follows:
1. Adoption of
the Guidelines for the First gastronomy
competition which is to be held in Belgrade
during the International Fair of Tourism
2008 in the period 28.02.-02.03.2008.
The Guidelines
were adopted and signed by all present
members of the Board and was published at
the web-site of the Alliance
http://www.balkanalliance.org/press.php.
Donco Tanevski
was given the duty to print the diplomas and
prepare the medals for the winners of the
competition.
2. A decision
was made to publish a Balkan tourism
magazine for whose publication and
distribution Amir Hadzic was set in charge.
Every country will have 20 pages of which 15
pages will be general marketing, and 5
commercial for sale. The commercial sale of
the 5 pages will provide finances for the
publication of the magazine. There will be 2
editions per year of which the first edition
will be out by June this year. The language
of the materials should be in English. Every
country has to engage a journalist to
prepare the materials and send them recorded
on disk to UHiR BiH headquarters, Blažujski
drum 80, Sarajevo-Ilidža not later than the
end of May 2008.
All this was
announced at a press conference in Budva.
3. All member
countries are obligated to pay the
membership dues for 2008, and Donco Tanevski
informed them all that the invoices were
mailed to each one.
